About Your KANIS Warranty

All KANIS products come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials, components and workmanship under normal use.

What's included:

  • Functional defects caused by craftsmanship or internal components
  • Free replacement or repair if the issue is confirmed to be under warranty
  • Responsive customer support within 24 hours

What's not covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or accidents
  • Wear and tear from normal use (scratches, cosmetic damage, etc.)
  • Modifications or repairs done by unauthorized service providers
  • Use of incompatible accessories or parts not sold by Kanis
