Finding your KANIS Order Number 

You might be asked to find your order number for Warranty Application or to receive support from a KANIS Customer Support representative.

Finding your order number starts with identifying the official sales channel you used for your purchase.

If you bought your KANIS equipment from AMAZON:

• Step 1: Log in to your Amazon account and select Your Orders from the "Account & Lists" dropdown menu.
• Step 2: Locate your KANIS purchase and click Order details.
• Step 3: Your Order ID will be displayed at the top. It is a 17-digit number formatted as: xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx.

If you bought your KANIS equipment from SHOPIFY:

 

• Step 1: Open the inbox of the email address you used to make the purchase.
• Step 2: Search for your Automatic Order Confirmation email (sent from KANIS).
• Step 3: Your 4-digit Order Number (e.g., #1234) will be clearly listed at the top of the email and in the subject line.
