1. Does the item come with free shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on All Orders to the 48 Contiguous U.S. States!
2. How to check the status of my package?
You can locate your tracking number on your shipping confirmation email.
3. How long does delivery usually take?
Once your order is placed, we will prepare your product for shipment within 2-3 business days.
We ship from the nearest fulfillment center to your address, ensuring the fastest delivery possible. Shipping typically takes 2 to 12 business days depending on your location.
4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
If all items are purchased on the same day, we try our best to make sure they are all delivered at the same time. Products that are purchased on different days have a lower likelihood of being delivered together.
5. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your package shows visible damage upon delivery, please refuse the delivery with the carrier. After refusing delivery, please notify us at support@kanis-grooming.com so we can log the issue and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
6. Can I change my delivery address after the product has already been shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change shipment information once the product is en route.
7. What do I need to do when I received a product that's different from what I ordered?
If you have received the wrong product, please send us an email to support@kanis-grooming.com with the following:

- Photo of the incorrect product
- The name of the products you are missing
- The name of the products you did receive
8. I didn't receive all the products I ordered. What should I do?
